1. People who have Arthritis, should keep them warm in cold atmosphere.
2. In this weather, you need to get your joints more activate than summer. So do your exercise till swat.
3. Foment your joints everyday in this weather. You can use salt mixed lukewarm water for fomenting.
4. After fomenting, cover your joints for awhile with a towel or any thick cloth.
